RW-1420/1630 Under Cab
DMF offers two types of railgear located underneath the vehicle cab for those applications which require a shorter rail-wheelbase than our standard railgear. DMF RW-1420UC railgear is designed with 14” guide wheels for vehicles with GVWR below 33,000 lbs. DMF RW-1630UC railgear is designed with 16″ guide wheels for vehicles with GVWR 33,000 lbs. and above.
RW-1650 Behind Cab
DMF offers optional RW-1650 mid-mount railgear with 16” guide wheels located behind the vehicle cab for vehicles with a GVWR of 70,000 lbs. and above for heavy load applications, while offering a shorter rail-wheelbase than our standard railgear for track with tight curvature.
